There is a leak in bathroom with water going through floor into kitchen. Kitchen ceiling has mild wet patches. A friend had a quick look at it and does not think it's just the silicone that requires resealing but that waste pipe under bathroom needs fixing. Bathroom is tiled so work needs to be done via kitchen ceiling and then ceiling needs to be restored. I do not have pictures as this is at my mother's home.
