Our sink is significantly clogged. We’ve tried cleaning the pipe with a 2 meter long cable but it seems that the issue is deeper.

There's a small leak coming from the top of the sink trap when I run the tap. It looks like the area needs tightening, or something to be added to the plughole area to prevent the water from leaking downwards. The area recently got taken apart to have a new plug fitted, and it's only been leaking since then.

There is some leaking from bath . Suspect silicond is wear Replace silicond needed Not whole bathroom . Just bath and around bath . Only 10:30 am -3pm possibld any date. Today is ok
He did silicone in my house. Didnt use tape. Didnt use tool. Silicone everywhere.not professional at all . Looks very very super dirty. I need to call professional handyman to re do it. Waste of time and money

Insinkerator Replacement

I need to replace my Insinkerator. I have a model 55 and will purchase a new model. Any advice on which model I can replace the 55 with (either 46 or 56) would be greatly appreciated. I will of course provide the model itself. The new model then simply needs to replace the old one, which is under the kitchen sink.

Replace the toilet bowl cistern water pump.

The current water pump is leaking water into the toilet bowl. I have already tried to replace the seal, but it has made no difference. I have 3 different water pumps that can potentially replace the existing one. I need a plumber to come in, check and replace. Or check, and if needed, get the right part to replace the existing one. There are a couple of large hardware stores within 5 minutes drive. Need it for Wednesday 11 am start time.
This was my second time using his services. He knows what he is doing and tells you things upfront as they are, even if there is a risk

Hi I have a blocked drain in the kitchen where the water is very slow to drain. We have used the unblocked liquids etc but it hasn’t helped
