There are 2 plumbing tasks that I need to complete: 1) Replace kitchen mixer tap: I have purchased a new and more modern style tap to replace the current one in the kitchen and it needs replacing. It has new flexi-pipes and I believe all the attachments needed 2) Fix bathroom mixer tap: The mixer in the shower no longer turns properly and we cannot change the temperature of the shower. It is not leaking at all. We either need the current mixer fixed (likely a washer or some internal issue) or the mixer unit replaced. I would prefer not to tear up the shower tiles if possible so a replacement with the same/similar fitting spacing would be ideal. - Due date: Flexible

There are 2 plumbing tasks that I need to complete: 1) Replace kitchen mixer tap: I have purchased a new and more modern style tap to replace the current one in the kitchen and it needs replacing. It has new flexi-pipes and I believe all the attachments needed 2) Fix bathroom mixer tap: The mixer in the shower no longer turns properly and we cannot change the temperature of the shower. It is not leaking at all. We either need the current mixer fixed (likely a washer or some internal issue) or the mixer unit replaced. I would prefer not to tear up the shower tiles if possible so a replacement with the same/similar fitting spacing would be ideal. - Due date: Flexible

Toilet draining water after flush very slowly

1. Remove curtain brackets, install 4 new ones (provided). See from pic where the existing brackets are buckling forward 2. Secure toilet seat to toilet, it has become loose. See pics, the circled fittings need tightening somehow 3. Cut 3 pieces from 3mm perspex sheet (provided) into: 1) 45cm x 30.5cm 2) 29.3cm x 25cm 3) 28.7cm x 25cm No tools provided - you need to provide a fine-toothed saw (or power saw) and clamps. If easier and you live locally you coud take to yours and return. - Due date: Before Saturday, 2 December 2023
