The thermostat on our mixer Lusso Stone shower ("LUXE BRUSHED GOLD THERMOSTATIC SHOWER WITH HANDHELD SHOWER") is no longer as hot as it was. Hot water comes out of the adjoining sink fine, so not a supply issue to the shower. We are experiencing low water pressure for cold water in my kitchen sink, which is affecting the functionality of my washing machine and dishwasher. To cut a long story short, the shower has stopped running water - according to the guy who caused the problem he turned the temperature knob too far and we think something inside may have come out of place, snapped or broke, now there’s no my enough water pressure coming out. I think the front needs to removed and whatever the problem is for it to be fixed. I think this may be a quick job, but if parts are needed etc I am willing to pay more.
