We tried resetting the boiler but it didn't work. -the hot water and boiler stopped working, typically to solve it by opening the valve in the boiler upstairs and then the valves in the electric/gas water tank downstairs, and then closing the valve in the boiler upstairs again, but this time didn't work and the handle of the valve got broken.
