Bathroom sink mixer tap to be replaced- Access will need to be obtained through careful removal of exiting tiles. Use opportunity to check sink “P” trap and no leaks from toilet. At the same time the mixer tap of the bath is to be replaced with one that matches the new sink tap. Access to the bath taps is restricted, but they have recently been replaced without too much difficulty. Additionally, the kitchen sink tap is to be replaced, taking the opportunity to install an in-line water filter to the 2nd cold supply of the tap. Taps & filters, supplied.

Hi, I have just bought Samsung RF24R7201SR/EU fridge and the water dispenser needs to be connected to the water pipes. You would need to drill a hole into the cupboard to connect the wire to the waterboiler cupboard (the fridge is next to this cupboard). **please note I would like the person to come to the property to offer a free consultation to ensure they can do the job before accepting. I would like you to see the fridge and examine the water pipes. The pipe given is not long enough and I would need you to procure a longer one.**
