The knobs on my triple shower valve fall off and are not secure, I think the thread has gone but not sure. - Due date: Before Friday, 11th Feb 2022
Really not very happy with the level of service or ability here . Plumber came and spent 3 hours to replace cartridges and knobs that I provided. Told me all was working, left and then my tenant informed there was no hot water. Messed me around with timings of coming back, so I wasted a journey Then they turned up to the property earlier than we planned so spoke only to the tenant and left before I got there. I was then told the by Tarik his plumber stormed off as it was late on a Saturday, even though they were meant to arrive at 2pm that day and didn't. I also paid extra to him directly for warranty to cover him coming back for the job. He then sent me an invoice for that second visit where nothing was done, and I wasn't given the chance to be there. So disappointed. His pushiness for payment even when he knew the problem hadn't been fixed was so unprofessional, refusing to return until I had paid close to £300 in total. Won't be using again or paying the second invoice he sent me.
