Told me all was working, left and then my tenant informed there was no hot water. Messed me around with timings of coming back, so I wasted a journey Then they turned up to the property earlier than we planned so spoke only to the tenant and left before I got there. I was then told the by Tarik his plumber stormed off as it was late on a Saturday, even though they were meant to arrive at 2pm that day and didn't. I also paid extra to him directly for warranty to cover him coming back for the job. He then sent me an invoice for that second visit where nothing was done, and I wasn't given the chance to be there. So disappointed. His pushiness for payment even when he knew the problem hadn't been fixed was so unprofessional, refusing to return until I had paid close to £300 in total. Won't be using again or paying the second invoice he sent me.

Need to replace an old/broken bathtub mixer tap and need to fit a shower screen. I have ordered the new bathtub mixer tap. I have also ordered a shower screen and tried fitting it, but it came out as I probably did not screw it in well. It needs to fixed again. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 21 July 2023
Great job in fixing the bathtub mixer tap. Had all the equipment and used a spare pipe fitting that he had at no extra charge.
