I need a plumber to install new toilet flush handle and possibly remove tile to get to it. The flush handle has broken off and needs to be replaced which might need drilling too. I’m not sure where stop cock is but I can point to the buildings water valve which is outside on the pavement , you must have the tool to shut that off please.
