We have an Aqualla freestanding bath shower mixer tap - https://aquallabrassware.com/taps/kyloe-freestanding-bath-shower-mixer The control you push/pull to turn the shower head on/off needs to be replaced, as it currently leaks a lot. We have the replacement part, but cannot remove the existing one. We also need to be careful when removing it so as not to scratch the tap.

On my Sage Barista Express (c 3 years old), hot water and steam recently started coming out of the group head rather than the dedicated hot water tap or steam wand on the side. I have tried descaling but it has not fixed the issue. Reading up on the problem, it sounds like it may be a solenoid issue and replacing and/or cleaning and reinstalling could resolve it.

Our pipes at the outside of our house need to be unblocked. The pipe system from our kitchen sink to bath plughole are connected. Water is coming back up of the bath and drains very slowly. We have had this issue before. It was solved by disconnecting one of the pipes at the side of our house, filling up the kitchen sink to build up pressure, then letting the water push blockages out. We could probably do this ourselves but do not have a ladder to access (pipes are upstairs first floor). The last person who fixed this also used a drain coil to help get out the blockages. Shouldn't take longer than 1 hour. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 23 January 2024

Hi, I have a pop-up bathroom sink plug that has gotten stuck and would like it popped out and repaired so that it won’t get stuck in future. I also have a new kitchen mixer tap to be installed. I work from home so timing is flexible. - Due date: Flexible
