Hello, Our Hot Water pipe that runs under our bath, is dripping constantly. The valve is pretty old, we’ve tried tightening it with a set of spanner but this hasn’t resolve it, we think a new valve is needed to be fitted - which we require help on from a professional. There is a hardware shop near us that sells the valves for about £6. The space is quite snug where the pipe is located, behind a small door under the bath so there isn’t much room! Our toilet flush also doesn’t work properly (water occasionally keeps flushing afterwards), so would be great to also see how that can be fixed. Thanks!

The Guttering is leaking from both ends of the guttering due to incorrect guttering being fitted and the downpipe implemented at the end instead of the middle. This, along with poorly fitted gutter causes back up of water when there’s heavy rain and causing dripping from the ends which bounce off the grey gutter below and has caused the wall to become damp as a result. A flexible metal hose providing hot water under the sink in the bathroom has burst. On the picture, you can see the leaking hose marked with the arrows. The valve for this has been shut off, but it's also slightly leaking. I think because there is a lot of corrosion, the whole tap with both H & C pipes underneath would need to be changed, together with a isolation valve. Also, some time ago there was a leakage under the kitchen sink, which stopped after some time. However, when using a plunger, the leak from the waste-piping keeps coming back from time to time. So I think, since it is as old as the bathroom one, and the plumber will be here already, the kitchen would also need a tap and waste piping replacement.
