Hi. We have an ongoing issue with our kitchen sink. The sink has been blocked for over a week now. We tried everything, from plunger to wet vacuum cleaner, but the major issue is not food blockage it is much more technical than that The council have sent “plumbers” who just came to use wet vacuum cleaners to unblock the sink but that isn’t the issue Our washing machine also pushes out waste water out of the kitchen sink. We believe it may be an issue with the pipes under the sink as well as issues with our boiler (maybe) Please if you do take on this job do not come to simply use a plunger/wet vacuum cleaners this will not fix the problem (it might do for a few seconds) If you are experienced in these issues we would like to welcome you to help us get rid of the issue once and for all Thanks

Our kitchen sink is blocked, we’ve tried everything. All types of plungers but nothing works. The issue we believe is coming from the washing machine. Whenever we put clothes in the wash, the water from the wash comes out of the kitchen sink.
Didn’t fix the issue but he was extremely helpful in finding what the problem was and how to get it fixed. He also took out a lot of waste.

Hey, under my sink is dripping slightly and also my tap is moving from the base and I believe it may need tightening I have tried to do this myself but I wasn’t able to. My sinks in both of my bathrooms when the plug is in instead of water draining normally is builds up as if something is blocking them.

I’ve taken out the machine to clean behind it then put it back in under the sink but in the precess the water pipe bended restricting the water going into the washes And started to leak so I’ve placed the machine out so I won’t damage the pup further!

The waste pipework from the kitchen sink is old and a mixture of Ikea and 40mm pipe and joints. The 40mm has come away from the Ikea waste and i cant tighten it up. The section from the Ikea waste to the external drain just needs replacing. I have circled where the joint has come undone in the photo attached.
Richard did a great job. He's a great guy. No fuss, did the job, explained clearly what he'd done and the likely reasons for the issue in the first place. Have me a lot of confidence. Would certainly use him again.

There is a leak coming from the back of the toilet. It isn’t a bad leak but it has been dripping for a few weeks now and worried it’s causing damp. I think it just needs a new plastic screw attached to the tank- see photos.
