Hot water has been slowly going in recent weeks, now only lukewarm. No error message on boiler, I have a Vaillant bolier. I need you to check/fix the bolier to get full hot water back. If the bolier is not the issue, I need you to check what else it could be and fix that please.
Mohammed went above and beyond with this job. My hot water was failing and is now piping hot again. He had to really get into my old Vaillant boiler and knew it inside out. He replaced the part and took the time to stick around and re-check everything. Very polite guy who I would happily use again. Furthermore, he even noticed that the extractor fan was broken in the bathroom and fixed that too! Thanks Mo for everything :)

Our heating element got broken and we need to replace it. The actual electric water heater is over 15 years old and is allocated in the very narrow space, which implies draining out the tank, taking it off, making the repair and then installing again.
