Our heating element got broken and we need to replace it. The actual electric water heater is over 15 years old and is allocated in the very narrow space, which implies draining out the tank, taking it off, making the repair and then installing again. In the worst case, it is required to change the whole tank, followed by some building work around it, to make the access easy.
