I have damp rising in the downstairs WC that a plumber has checked and says he believes it is coming from the base ground up through the wall/tiles of the floor. Previously we have had protective layering put down under the flooring to prevent the damp rising but it seems to be happening again. It should be a relatively simple job I believe. The house is starting to smell of damp - i have a plumber to fix various other issues in the house but he does not believe the damp is a leak.

He was able to attend the property so quickly and he managed to find the problem (I had two other people look and misdiagnose the issue) The job was a big one and he got it turned around in a day and left it looking perfect !
