I have damp rising in the downstairs WC that a plumber has checked and says he believes it is coming from the base ground up through the wall/tiles of the floor. Previously we have had protective layering put down under the flooring to prevent the damp rising but it seems to be happening again. It should be a relatively simple job I believe. The house is starting to smell of damp - i have a plumber to fix various other issues in the house but he does not believe the damp is a leak.
Arvin was incredible. He was able to attend the property so quickly and he managed to find the problem (I had two other people look and misdiagnose the issue) The job was a big one and he got it turned around in a day and left it looking perfect !
