Hi! We are looking for a certified plumber for this issue. We have this shower system. We have a shower hose that is brand new and we have just replaced it, and when we bought it new, it had new elastic inside. However, even with this replacement and new elastic, the shower head/hose continued to leak, so we put a second elastic inside the hose. It is still leaking. We are trying to understand why, even when we don't use the shower for a couple days, this hose continues to leak. When it leaks, without using the shower for a couple days, it is a lot of water- cups of water can fill up. We want someone to tell us why this is leaking and how it must be fixed. If you know how to fix it, it would be great! We don't want the tiles on the wall broken.

The toilet flush becomes too weak, need to press deep and the water coming down is not strong enough. I envisage it needs to lift up the horizontal cover to access the water tank to check the mechanism of the flush. The job is to fix the toilet flush to achieve the normal water flow and make sure the press button is working again.
