The internal part of the handle has broken and doesn’t stay on anymore - it can tune the water on/off but cannot change the temperature. Replace the mixer (it seems broken too) and handle. Free parking if needed. Thanks!

Change slightly dripping kitchen stop cock

Need to get the kitchen stop cock changed which has today started to drip slightly.
Once Terry was on site , he worked through the issues that were facing him to gain access and remove and replace the stopcock z He managed to come up with a decent solution to allow for fittings to go back into place after bad pipework which he was working with initially. He’s busy but then there is a reason for that . 😉.
