My kitchen sink is clogged. The strainer doesn't allow big solids to go through so I'm wondering why it's clogged. I've dismantled the pvc pipes under the sink and have run water on them and they don't seem clogged. Based on research I reckon a drain blaster or one of those industrial unblockers would get the job done. I tried Mr. Muscle, Baking soda and vinegar, bleach etc.

Since I bought my home in February, my boiler has not worked correctly. Not only does the water in the shower get so hot that it burns, the heating system (also run through the boiler) runs inconsistently.
