There appears to be a leak from outside my bathroom - with the leak showing stains on the bathroom ceiling. Hi, *should be a very quick fix but open to best offers on price* We’ve had a leak from below our bath dripping into the flat below. A plumber has come round who opened up the side panel of our bath and confirmed the leak is one of two things: 1. The bolt (I’m unsure of the technical term) below the tap is wonky and water seems to be escaping there (I can share a video for more information). 2.
