I have a block somewhere in the kitchen sink plumbing, maybe drain clog. The kitchen sink is slow draining and the washing machine backs up into the sink. I’ve used a plunger which has had a limited effect and discovered there is also a leak under the sink, which leaks when the washing machine is in use. I need you to unblock the pipes/drain and locate and fix the leak. If necessary also clear the washing machine filter/pipes if that is the issue.

Hot water cylinder is not working - stopped heating water yesterday. Does not start to heat water in the cylinder when timed to come on. Possibly the immersion heater element is broken as this happened a couple of years ago. The emergency boost tank is also not working and may be the same issue.

Current toilet sits away from back wall. We would like it to sit against the wall. Current toilet sits too high for floor. We have had to install additional false step to fill gap between toilet and floor. Pipes are boxed in. Tiles will need to be removed for access but will require 'making good' again afterwards. We need someone that is experienced with adjusting/moving/cutting ceramic pipes so the toilet can be installed properly flush to the wall and floor. New toilet will be supplied (open to suggestions on specific dimensions needed). Price excludes cost of new toilet which we will arrange. Clean old sealant from around tap, sink and the wall behind the sink, reseal with clear sealant around sink/tap and white sealant on the wall.
