Not sure exactly what the issue is but after flushing the toilet, it seems to take a long time to fill the cistern for a while after flushing and continue hear trickling. Not sure if the full valve needs replacing? Need price including materials plus labour. Job needs to be done in afternoon of Friday 19 October. Also please note it is pay and display parking here.
