Plumber needed, Stuart-Turner specialist, needs to advise on repairing / replacing Stuart Turner Mainsboost pump connected to mains (only 5 years old), currently supplying hot and cold to kitchen downstairs, and only hot to bathroom upstairs. Upstairs, cold supply to bathroom is from communal water tank located in attic (non-accessible as council) above, but pressure wasn't high enough to supply shower head, so a Stuart Turner Techflo 2.0 bar single pump was installed for cold-supply, which is now broken after only a year. Advice on how to solve, as currently shower only uses low-temp hot supply from below (no cold) and pump connected to mains in kitchen randomly activates without supply being used. Thanks

I'm replacing my comb boiler and I was told I need to replace my old copper waste pipes because the boiler condensate pipe is feeding into it which is not safe and can leak apparently. Need inspection and fixing of toilet flush buttons, valve or system for 2 toilets with the same issue. Flush buttons barely work (there is a lot of resistance when pushed) and it i’s a struggle to get them to flush properly. One of two flush buttons has broken (see pictures) on one of the loos and needs replacing. Loo brand is Ideal Standard. Toilet tank, fill valve and refill tube can be accessed by removing top tiles (they are only sealed with silicone so not hatd to remove). - Due date: Before Sunday, February 18, 2024
