Remove existing laminate countertops - incl disconnecting electric hob - and scribe/cut/mitre/secure new laminate countertops in exactly the same layout (incl reconnecting electric hob, and cutting hole for new sink). New countertops already purchased - ie you do not need to supply or transport. NOTE: you do not have to install the new sink, but you will need to be able to safely disconnect the current sink and reconnect it afterwards (no need to reinstall it properly as a plumber will be coming at a later date to install new sink).
Hayat is a careful, trustworthy and polite worker with good attention to detail. Communication was good throughout. I am very pleased with the work he completed on this task.

I had a radiator in the hall, however when I moved in and did renovations the radiator in the hall was disconnected and at the end of the two pipes got plastic 'cups'. Other 3 radiators (bathroom, bedroom and living room) got disconnected too but then placed back but the system was never filled with water. Yesterday, we filled the system with water and where the cups are there is a leakage now. Please see the pictures. I closed the main tap for the heating. I guess this cap is not doing the job properly and needs attention. Once this has been sorted then all three radiators need to be checked to make sure that they are working properly. - Due date: Flexible
