I live in a flat with 1 toilet and when I flush it, it keeps refilling without overflowing (yet). It stops after about 20min or so. From neighbours I understand a plastic pump/valve part may need to be replaced. The toilet doesn’t always flush well. Need to lift up the ceramic behind and manually flush. The bath is very slow to drain - poss 20-30 mins for a few inches of water. When emptying a full bathroom sink, the water bubbles up through the bath plug hole. Original fittings and old lady who doesn’t cope with change, so prefer to fix than replace.
