I live in a flat with 1 toilet and when I flush it, it keeps refilling without overflowing (yet). It stops after about 20min or so. From neighbours I understand a plastic pump/valve part may need to be replaced. When offering a quote, please specify what the quote does and doesn't include and please ensure you can commit to coming today still or tomorrow (am ideally).

The toilet doesn’t always flush well. Need to lift up the ceramic behind and manually flush. The bath is very slow to drain - poss 20-30 mins for a few inches of water. When emptying a full bathroom sink, the water bubbles up through the bath plug hole. Original fittings and old lady who doesn’t cope with change, so prefer to fix than replace.
