We can't change the water temperature in the shower. A black piece inside is not turning (we opened it to see) and we were told by a plumber who “inspected” this that we needed to replace the cartridge. Our shower is a Traditional Twin Exposed Thermostatic Shower Valve - see pictures. We would buy the cartridge for replacement or you could do so for us, as preferred. Please share the price for your work. As I have no point of reference I put £10 to not leave the space blank. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, October 20, 2023
