Under kitchen sink. Ref (hot water) valve outlet is leaking. Handyman couldn't fix it, didn't have the right tool or tried and it didn't work. (Added a spatula and bowl to isolate the water, it's a drop a second or every 2 seconds)

I have a water filter that needs access to a power outlet but I don't have an outlet directly under the sink. We think we have an outlet nearby because the washing machine is right next to the sink but need an expert to see what can be done. You might need to drill a hole on the inside of the kitchen cabinets to be able to make this work.
