I need to change (like for like) a bath shower mixer tap. To access under the bath, a cupboard needs to be slid out of the way but that is slightly blocked by a heated towel rail. So that will need to be isolated and removed too - will need therefore to be corgi registered. Sealant around bath also needs re-doing and change the drainage cap (if that is the right term) in the bath. Thanks

Two toilets have slow flush speed and therefore not getting rid of everything first flush. I've manually overridden the ball valve to get more water in but doesn't seem to make any difference.
