Need plumber for 2 different jobs. - Washing machine has a small leak when draining water. The leak has been identified already and It comes from one of the pipes accessible from the eaves. In the pictures below check the one with red arrow. - The pipes that drain the bathroom water have a leak that causes a puddle in the apartment below. I have not been able to identify the exact point. The pipe is the one in the photos and videos called "outside"

Fit new bathroom sink taps (and replace an isolator valve)

We’ve just bought a house and the hot tap for the bathroom sink is broken, the previous owner managed to flip the isolator valve to stop hot water flow, but they’ve rounded the screw head (can’t get it back on). We’ve bought new taps, and have new isolator valves (if needed), but need someone with experience to fit them (the new taps and potentially the new isolator valve on hot side).
Great guy, was really quick to get the job done (change of taps) and taught me a bit along the way - so that was an added bonus! Definitely recommend and would turn to for help in future. Cheers Kieron!

The current water pump is leaking water into the toilet bowl. I have already tried to replace the seal, but it has made no difference. I have 3 different water pumps that can potentially replace the existing one. I need a plumber to come in, check and replace. Or check, and if needed, get the right part to replace the existing one. There are a couple of large hardware stores within 5 minutes drive. Need it for Wednesday 11 am start time.
This was my second time using his services. He knows what he is doing and tells you things upfront as they are, even if there is a risk
