1. Make bathtub watertight. Had a leak into ground floor and the home emergency insurance plumber found this was the bath tap that was leaking, this needs tightening and sealing. 3. Repair leaky toilet - water overflowing into the overflow pipe + replace toilet seat - already bought the replacement seat. 5. Kitchen tap – connect hot water (I changed my leaky kitchen tap, I was able to connect cold water but not the hot water, it was leaking, so didn’t connect. The original connector and the new tap connector were different, so I tried coupler connector, it didn’t work!).
