I think the flapper on my toilet flush is broken as water keeps running every time you flush. If you open the top then reposition it it stops but it needs looking at properly (cleaned, repositioned) or changed. - Due date: Flexible

Would prefer if you could give a day/ hourly rate. Will need a day of at least 6 hours for miscellaneous works but could be more/ less - which includes: Secure & assemble furniture, fix/patch up ceiling hole, install curtains, vinyl flooring bubbled up (needs to be rolled flat), replace toilet seats etc. Will show you more on site but this is the highline works. - Due date: Before Thursday, 12 May 2022
