I have triple square thermostatic mixer that is only producing hot water. I have tried getting the cartridge fixed before but this did not work and lasted 1 year before the problem happened again (only hot water no cold water). The existing triple square thermostatic mixer is fixed to the wall. It is between 2 tiles. Behind the metal plate there is a small cut out that exposes pipes. The metal plate covers this hole. I have purchased a replacement triple thermostatic mixer of almost the same size. I need someone to come and do the following: 1. Carefully remove the existing triple square mixer (without damaging the tiles) 2. Clean any residual dirt or build up in the pipe 3. Install the new thermostatic mixer 4. Safely and securely seal so the tap is water tight again
