I think i may have a leak in my hot tub when it is on but not when its off

Mastic has come away from the bath so will need to removed and resealed. Mastic in the shower tray has gone mouldy and will need to be removed and resealed

Shower fixture is like for like. Taps for bath, sink, and kitchen tap too. Radiator in bathroom replaced with towel rail.

Downstairs loo's hot water tap is leaking. Have already tried replacing the head gear and tried to use a tap reseating tool to fix it, but no luck. Isolator valve, unfortunately, was stripped so unable to stop the water running at the moment through that. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 28 June 2022
