There appears to be water leaking through a small gap between the water tap and the wash hand basin in the bathroom of my apartment. According to my tenants who live there we may just need to seal the gap with some sealant. It's not a heavy drip, and the tenants are generally able to use the tap without letting water flow through the gap. Nonetheless I need someone to diagnose and fix the problem please.
