current waste manifold has dishwasher, washing machine and sink waste - would like each to have separate waste drain.

I want to update a couple of bits in my bathroom. Remove and replace the sink and cupboard/unit, remove and replace a wall mounted cupboard and remove and replace a heated towel rail.

Tap dripping maybe a cartridge change needed

I have had the source of a leak identified. The Y fitting under the kitchen sink needs replacing (see photo- its the fixing behind the waste pipe.) The kitchen tap will also need replacing. New tap has been purchased.
