To chase waste pipe 40mm into floor and connect onto soil in the corner of kitchen. Also run hot and cold pipework in chase to kitchen island ready for sink. Once in, connect and tested waste and for leaks. Back fill chase. (digging to lay pipe the appropriate drop is needed)
