Roofing new bathroom room

Hi there, I'm looking for a quote for a roofing repair as there is a leak into the main bedroom. It appears that the felt would need replacing having had a look in the loft as it's wet, rather than the tiles as they are in good condition or pointing as this was done recently.

Our shed has had the cover come off in the storm and we are worried repeated snow/frost/rain will now damage the roof. It needs to be securely reapplied onto the roof carefully as the top is fragile (we cannot afford a new shed). We have an extra roll of shed roofing, but not secure glue. We would need the person attending to apply the roll onto the roof, glue/attach it securely and ensure that it would stay on for the long-term. We are on a very restricted budget and would appreciate sensible offers of help.

There are missing panels in the corrugated roof I have. I want either to replace all the panels or at least the ones missing.

1) Hi after the recent storm need to re-felt shed roof or any other suitable options to keep it waterproof?! I can purchase materials if need be. 2) Damp patches have started to show in bedroom again. Had the gutters cleaned six months ago. Recently had the bedroom patch above window done with damp proof paint and repainted over but there is obviously water coming in through somewhere. I have had roofers come and they have stated felt needed under first row of tiles and felt trays. Both jobs please.

Completion of installation remaining recticel roof boards insulation on portion of roof. Insulation boards have been purchased. Only 8 sections remaining for roof to be fully insulated. Portion of completed area also attached for information.

Minor leak coming from porch roof, no tiles seem loose, cracked or broken. When it rains I have noticed small drops of water coming through the motion sensor that is in the centre of the roof so there is water seeping in from somewhere.

1. Roof tile is displaced, need to be realigned. See image. Property is end two floor terrace house. Access from outside. Need to bring your own ladder to access roof. Not sure if roof can be accessed from attic. 2. Bathtub area is leaking, tenant suspects its leaking from the bathtub partition wall 3. Boiler pipe hole needs to be sealed as advised by pest control as well as holes near the kitchen wiring. Areas may be hard to reach to seal to prevent pests. See image. 4. toilet seat needs repairing
