I need a industrial style (pipe) clothes rail mounted to the wall. I have tried myself but due to the drywall, the fittings didn't stick in and the wall crumbled. Needs someone with experience with mounting and drywall. The rail is about 90cm. See attached image for example. Should be a quick job for someone experienced.

I'm looking for someone to help me mount my new TV on the wall. I have the full motion wall piece that the TV will hang on but I don't have any of the tools to do it. It's a dry plaster wall I think so it will need special pieces to hang on the wall. Need expert help here as I'm not sure.
