Bathroom Area 3.5 sqm bathroom floor, to be Tiled and also the Bath Panel to be tiled. (The old tiles already been removed) The Bathroom floor needs new plywood fitted first before tiling. Floor Tiles are 60*60cm - Bath Pannel Tiles are 30*20cm We Have the tiles ready so you would need to supply plywood and white grouting plus tile adhesive to so the job. Also New White Silicone to be put around the bath and the sink to give it a fresh look. Kitchen Splash Back We have already Black Metro Tiles 10*7cm - please see kitchen pics - This splash back needs to go too just under the cupboard. I would like Black Grout for this job, that you should supply and the tile Adhesive. The surface is ready to tile, the old tiles have already been removed and taken away.

They will require some kind of cutter as one needs to fit around a toilet flush. The tiles are also slightly bigger than the current tiles in place and was told they could be cut down to size. I also need the silicon around my shower redoing, so the old silicon removed & new silicon applied, also mould removing from shower tiles. Strip out bathroom tiles, bath sink toilet. Also strip off tiles from the floor and coving around the edges, walls should be ready for plastering. Probably about 11sqm of wall tiles and 4sqm of floor tiles. All rubbish to be bagged up and taken downstairs and placed in front drive for disposal. Bathroom is the loft.
