There is a leak in the kitchen ceiling and cooker hood. This was previously investigated and was felt to be coming from the bathroom sink. The valves were replaced which I thought had resolved the issue but it did not. There is also a build up of water that collects in the bottom cabinet of the fridge. The current water pump is leaking water into the toilet bowl. I have already tried to replace the seal, but it has made no difference. I have 3 different water pumps that can potentially replace the existing one. I need a plumber to come in, check and replace. Or check, and if needed, get the right part to replace the existing one. There are a couple of large hardware stores within 5 minutes drive. Need it for Wednesday 11 am start time.
