1. Repaint front door and small porch wall 2. Remove wallpaper from 2x bedrooms and repaint

I want to get an idea how much it will cost to wallpaper a feature wall in two bedrooms. It's a small job, but I don't have any equipment to do this job myself.

Living/ Front Room- Enabling works- Move out the items of furniture. Strip out the existing coving and artex ceiling. [Recent Asbestos survey shows there is no asbestos]. Remove / strip off the wall paper to all 4 walls. Remove all waste from site. Room size approx. 16.8m2. Ceiling height 2.6m. [width 3.5m x 4.8m]. Located in Kingston KT2. Off street parking. Work to be carried out over the Oct half term.

Looking for someone who can remove some wallpaper behind the boiler without uninstalling the boiler and applying some stain remover paint.
