Small renovations to a self contained apartment below main house. 1. External build deck approximately 2.3m x 5.6m under the main roof outside of external wall in IMG 4334 to meet the end of the house, also seen in IMG 4333 – remove current timber to replace and continue deck in line with the rear of the house. Install a sliding door which is ordered and due to arrive on February 18th where it is drawn in red. See IMG 4338 for the internal of the same wall where the door is to go, currently a wardrobe which needs to be removed and finished. Seal off main entry door as in IMG 4335 and move to a new location to enter the unit. Remove an internal wall and finish plaster to join the current hall and main bedroom together when external entry is removed. 2. External build deck approximately 3m x 2m under the main roof as new entry as in IMG 4332. Move external entry door from IMG 4335 to entry at IMG 4332. 3. Internally remove wall in kitchen to accommodate new external entry position as in IMG 4342, as entry will come into a storage room behind kitchen, and the two will be joined together with new entry coming into kitchen. 4. Internally previous entry hall as in IMG 4336(02) to have front door space blocked off, and wall of the hall to the right to be removed to enlarge the master bedroom. Master bedroom door as in IMG 4341 then to be moved to enter directly from the kitchen and include the hall into the new part of the master bedroom, as in IMG 4336 marked in red. 5. External screening to tidy up exterior marked in red as in IMG 4331, IMG 4358, and IMG 4330. 6. Build internal walls within an existing double garage to create a lockable storage room, ceiling and foam or rubber floor for weatherproof long term storage. 2m x 5m. Two walls to be frames and sheeted, No painting or fancy finishing required, as long as it is completely sealed from weather , humidity, moisture and secure.

Install 2 outdoor blinds (non motorised)to timber posts. Roughly 3.6m x 2m . Hardware is all included. I have more photos available that I can text, unfortunately unable to post on here. Happy to pay cash.

I have bought a Yale lock for my back door ( wooden). I need it installed. it will replace the existing, non-locking door handle. The old strikeplate fits the bolt of the new lock, and the exisiting hole is the right size [ 54 cm]. So hardly any work to be done. Just fitting it in place. Attached are pictures of the new lock and the existing doorhandles and the strikeplate
