1890's terace. looking to update the fire place to a compact wood combustion fire place. The orginal cast iron fireplace has been removed. Fireplace dimension are 40 CM deep, 86CM wide, 66 CM high. Scope of work - Onsite consultation to evaluate job and determine options - Recommendation on fire place to install - Install fire place - Clean Flu and chimney I recently had the chimney pots redone and this part of the project is complete.

We would like to install an electrical fireplace in our lounge. We would like to build out a wall to put the fireplace in to and install a mantel around the fire. We want to install our tv above the fire/mantel and require a niche. We’re looking to build out a wall around 1800wx300d to the ceiling, set the fire into the new wall, clad the wall, mount the mantel, finish the fireplace surround with tiles. We also need to create a niche for our tv which will be approximately 1300wx800h. We will also need to put power and foxtel into the niche and also a point for the fireplace power (we can help to arrange an electrician or can use your referral). We also need to finish the top and bottom of the new fireplace wall with the same cornice and trim as we currently have. We also need to paint the wall/niche/cornice/trim (paint supplied). I have added photos of the fire and mantel we have purchased. A photo of the current flat wall and an example of what we want to create, although where the picture is will be the tv niche. We have the mantle, fireplace, tiles and will source the cornice and trim. All other timbers, cladding etc to be included in quote please. Thank you.

Flexible on budget - just wasn’t sure what to put for something like this. Looking to convert our current gas fitted fire place into a normal fire place and have the gas fixtures removed. We already have a chimney but it may need further inspection.

*open to budget* We have an ethanol fireplace. A carpeter created the frame for fireplace but it is out by 10mm in width and couple of mm internally. I need someone to come redo it (little touch up) full installation manual is provided and is pretty easy to do.

Heritage hearth which has had carpet overlay removed. We have chipped out the cracked tiles ourselves. The job is to screed and level a new substrate, stabilise under fireplace and lay new tiling. Approx 1m square. Tiles have been purchased, laid out in one photo as an example. Happy for this to be done in two goes if curing time is needed. Fireplace is not in use, just decorative.

Remove Fireplace Take upstairs to garage. Note disposal of unit NOT required. Patch ceiling. Note, the chimney is already disconnected and does NOT go through the roof. Remove slate tiles from behind and below Fireplace and patch / paint wall behind in a rendered style.

7 pieces to screw & drill together the Mantel of this fireplace - need done asap pls

My dog has been a naughty boy and chewed the corners of the frame/pillar of the fire place. Needed it sanded back and painted. The damage is on both sides. **This needs to be professionally done so that it wouldn’t be noticeable if you didn’t already know. 🙏🏼 - Due date: Flexible

Hey guys, I have a fireplace hearth (floor) that I want to tile with simple square tiles. The area is around around 120cm by 40cm. I have some bunnings tiles in a box ready to go as well as some adhesive (but if you want to use your own stuff feel free) I am happy to grout it myself. There is a chipped off area that holds a sealed off gas pipe in the corner that just needs a bit of creativity with regard to leveling, And 4 tiles will need cutting (I tried myself but got the measurements wrong, hence I need you)

I have non structural decorative plaster moulds stuck to concrete walls I would like removed, disposed and patched Note price is just to enable posting, seeking expressions of interest at this stage - Due date: Flexible
