Key Details: Location: Purchase the door from Bunnings at either Collingwood or Hawthorn locations. Painting: The new door needs to be painted. You can choose to paint it in our basement carpark or within the apartment, whichever you find more convenient. Installation: The new door needs to be installed, including transferring the handle from the old door to the new one. Disposal: You will also need to dispose of the old door responsibly. Additional Information: We will reimburse the costs for both the door and the paint, separate from the payment for your service. You will need to provide your own tools for the installation. Timing: We are looking to have this completed by Friday this week.

As part of renovations to our house we are updating all the door handles on our interior doors to replace the old ones as pictured (which don't go with the renovations/new wall colors). We have purchased everything needed - brand new doorhandles (NEWBNAG Privacy Interior Door Handles) - but need someone to install them all. This includes : - Remove previous door handles/latches/strike plates (should be quick). - Install new Door Handles - including replacing the Adjustable Latches and strike plates with the ones with new door handle kits. - No special locksmith/barrel changing needed - these are simple privacy locks without keys. - In a couple of cases mechanism may need to be reversed (so privacy latch is on correct side - these support this). - Additional Note: Previous door handles all working fine - so nothing needs to be 'repaired'. The doors (I have included picture without door handle, showing latch & strike plate) already have all the pre-made holes suitable for 60mm latch mechanism (that new one uses) so job is just straight up replacement everywhere. We also likely want more handyman work done in future too, so opportunity for more ongoing work for someone with reasonable hourly rate.

Need two internal doors replaced

I need to take 20mm off the bottom of two internal solid wood doors. Bottom of doors will need to be cut, sanded, painted and rehung on hinges. I also need to drill in two ring security products onto walls. One will require a masonry attachment for a drill.

I need a few different "handyman" jobs done. I've bundled them together to hopefully make it more worthwhile for someone to do. Hoping I can get one person to do all, otherwise I will separate the task into separate, smaller tasks. Job list: Hang internal door - standard internal door to be hung. All corners appear to be square so no resizing required. Fix wall cracks - A roof leak has created a few large cracks in the old plaster (refer to pictures). There are 4 "large" cracks and a few minor ones. I would like to have them filled/sanded etc. Internal painting touch ups - 6 curtain covers removed leaving gaps in the paint around 6 windows (2 x 20cm patches on each window). I would like these to be re-painted. I haven't bought the paint yet, but will do that. Bathtub touch up - Bathtub was pained with Rust-Oleum Tub And Tile Refinishing Kit. One of the edges has started peeling, but 90% of tub is fine. I would like the edge to be "re-finished" or at least protected to stop and further peeling (forgot to take a photo, so I will add this tonight)

I've removed 5 internal doors so I could tile my house and now they need to be planed 15-20mm and re-hung. I believe 2 doors may fit without planing so only 3 require planing. I've also got the existing screws and the doors are labeled to where they previously were. Thanks ! Doors are hollow also

Remove the hooks on the back of these doors and the door stop (these are to be re-used on the new doors) 3. Install 2 x solid core internal doors with 3 hinges per door 4. Install new handles on each door and reinstall the hooks and door stop 5. Take away and dispose of the 2 x hollow core doors The door frame is wood We live in an apartment on the second floor.
