We have a clip lock roof which is about 4 years old and appears to be leaking in a few spots judging by the moisture metre readings around two windows, and the brown mark on part of gyprock roof. Initially looking for a professional to diagnose the problems which a view to fixing it once we decide what the problems are. Initially looking for a detailed investigation which we are happy to pay for. Roof has easy access from the front of the house from the driveway. I have attached some photos of the windows.

Have a gyprock wall. We have a large TV and wall bracket ready, but the gyprock wall feels too fragile to carry the weight of the TV, long term, without damage to our walls.
