Find an experienced handyman in Missenden Road

Hello, I need someone to screw a roller blind. It’s a pretty simple task, just need an angle ladder to do the job as it is above a staircase. See image attached.

Setting up an art studio and need a few people to help :)

General help tasks: 1. Painting walls 2. Painting a floor (must be done at night) 3. Carrying objects (such as furniture and some timber) to different rooms (some upstairs) 4. Cleaning

 There are also some handyman tasks which require some skill/tools: 5. Drilling some plywood sheets to a brick wall 6. Changing hinges on one side of a door to other side of door 7. Drilling half a poly carb sheet to a pine frame 8. Cutting some plywood sheets
 I have all the materials required.

I would like this all done asap, so would like to get a few people in at the same time for several days. (Starting from Monday 3rd June.) So I will post several tasks/ads labelled (Person 1 of 3, Person 2 of 3, Person 3 of 3)

Please make an offer on any of these tasks/ads on which numbered tasks you want to do, and what day/time you are available. 
Eg “I can do tasks 1-4, can work Mon-Wed 10am to 5pm, and offer 160/day”
“I will do the handy man tasks 5-8 for 40/hr, 11am-3pm” Whatever you want to do and what you want to offer and when you want to do it. 

This way I can accept several offers at once (one from each ad/post/task) and have 3 people working together per day. All doing the task numbers they would like to do at the time/day they would like.

I am setting up an art studio so I don’t have heaps of money.

I need this patch of drywall fixed. Approx. 400mm x 300mm. Gas and water pipes located behind. I’ve no clue on the price for such a job so just tell me what’s reasonable!

I made a bit of a mess of the wall hanging my dartboard and want to get it repaired and looking like the board was never there

I require services to install a custom made blackbutt floating shelf. Shelf dimensions are 1200mm x 185mm x 33mm. The shelf has come 'pre-drilled' to be installed with two metal rods. The metal rods are supplied and are 200mm long. The interior wall is plasterboard over double brick party wall in a terrace home. See attached photos displaying: example installed shelf; blackbutt timber shelf and rods; interior wall shelf is to be installed on; and instructions provided by shelf supplier. I also have a link to a demonstration video I can share. I will only consider quotes from qualified/licensed trades.

The front gate has swollen in the wet weather and is now jamming to open/close. It also sags. I think the hinged side needs planing back and rehanging, possibly with bigger hinges. This is the most urgent part of the job, as I cannot close the gate properly. The second part is sanding back the peeling varnish and resealing. The photo is of the gate when it was installed a year ago. It has weathered significantly.

The wood backrest for my lounge chair has split. I am needing somebody to drill and put new bolts in both sides to reinforce the backrest.

Handyman wanted to fix sliding door that seems to need some hardware replaced and installed. The door slides and then jams and looks like a ball bearing or something is broken but not sure

I'm moving and need several things disassembled,e.g., curtain rods and wall-mounted vacuum cleaner (walls will need patching), and disassembly of a portable air con unit. Am immunocompromised, so will need someone willing to don a mask (provided sealed) before entry. Preference for someone who can do it btw now and Sat (Sat morning okay, but not arvo). PS: to my mind, these are simple, quick jobs for someone with the right tools who knows how to fill a small hole, but I'm getting requests for pics, quotes and questions that indicate people are assuming much more complex work. Am attaching pics of what needs to be removed with remaining holes filled in walls.

I have assembled my IKEA bathroom wall cabinet but need someone to help install it in my bathroom on a tile wall. I have added photos of the wall above my toilet where it will go. You will need a spirit level, stud and electricity finder or whatever is needed to make sure not drilling into any plumbing.

3 pictures need hanging in the bedroom/living room. All less than 90cm in width.

There is damage on a rental property we need to make good. It's a white wall. Need someone to repair the wall and paint it so it's repaired like new.
