Dulux - Ceiling White - Natural White Dulux - Wash & Wear - Interior - Grey Super Enamel - Skirting/Door Dulux - Wash & Wear - Interior Cover and protect all floors with drop cloths and plastic sheets. All cracks and nail holes will be caulked and filled as needed. To ensure proper paint adhesion, all glossy surfaces and trim will be sanded and cleaned (as needed). Any rough areas will be sanded to remove flaking paint. 2 x Coats plus touch ups required. Property is unfurnished. Painter to supply all materials. This is a subcontract job with ongoing work available.

PREPARATION: Fill all holes and cracks with interior filler. Lightly sand all woodwork. PAINT SPECIFICATION: Apply 2 coats of acrylic flat to all ceilings. Apply 2 coats of acrylic low sheen to all walls. Apply 2 coats of kitchen/bathroom paint to the bathroom. Apply 2 coats of oil paint to the woodwork. All paint used will be Dulux paint - this will need to be included in painters price- we are not supplying this.
