Find an experienced apartment painter in NSW

It’s a 2 bedroom apartment with open plan living Walls need to be done throughout the entire apartment (ceilings and doors may also be required), the current job is blotchy and needs to be redone asap. The apartment is empty I will have the keys from Friday morning.

Mould is growing at the ceiling and near window - see pictures. Mould needs to be deep cleaned and treated with anti-mould spray etc. You will need a ladder as the ceiling is about 4.5 m high - I will pay extra for removal of the two sets of blinds as well.

The rooms that need to be painted include: - Living room/kitchen area - 1 Bedroom (other bedroom does not need painting) - 1 Bathroom - 1 Laundry - 5 doors (4 room doors, 1 broom closet door) The apartment is approx. 78m² however the bedroom not needing painting is approx. 12m². All rooms have furniture, so if you could provide drop sheets, edge tape and all necessary equipment to help protect furnishings that would be appreciated. We can help move the larger pieces of furniture before you paint so you won’t have to.
