The water draining through kerb is puddling up near end of driveway. The kerb needs to be readjusted to stop rain water from puddling up near end of driveway and should be allowed to flow away from driveway towards downslope on road

Removal of old pergola and disposal of timber and posts etc. The pergola is Fascia attached I believe and the work should be done by a licensed tradesman with insurance incase there is any damage to the building.

Current perimeter sealant has deteriorated and needs replacing. Black preferred.

Repainting 8 wooden panels (size 460x25x4cm)of our pergola roof. The current paint is dulux lexicon, only 2 years old and had been cleaned. The new paint has to have anti mould.
