We are completely doing up the kitchen and bathroom in our new home. Project is for work/labour/building material only. (Cabinetry, tiles, fixtures, fittings - we have these covered). Builder tasks: - Cut out bricks in existing window servery wall (breakfast bar) for new access to the kitchen. - Fill in old kitchen access door in hallway - requires new framework and gip-rock. - Cut out x 2 floorboards - along both sides of existing timber floor as marked in the hallway to allow access by electrician to install new underfloor wiring. - All other subcontractors will be co-ordinated by the owners: Electrician, Plumber, Plasterer, Painter, Kitchen cabinetry, Bench top, Tiling, Demolition of existing kitchen.
