The small l-shaped piece of aluminium that stops screen doors from sliding too far has broken. I need to have it replaced. Pictures should show the door and what needs to be done. I can easily provide other measurement is if required. Job is to supply and install the piece.

stairs going upstairs to units upstairs need repair. Wooden steps need changing or replacing with metal cover etc. Need advice as well by tradie to proceed.
