Find professional cornice repairs in VIC

I need a cornice fixed where a piece has fallen off from the patio ceiling. There is some ceiling damage from where it has come away . Must also provide new cornice and paint the area .

My dogs have chewed up the cornice of the stairs, I have tried to repair using filler but hasn’t worked this time. I need someone who can do a fantastic job and make it look new. I have paint to fix also as well as filler if need be. You’ll need to bring sander depending on how you are going to do it.

I need an experienced plasterer to install a 55mm plaster cornice along the top of a custom-built IKEA bookcase. The cornice will adhere to two different surfaces: the ceiling (painted) and a melamine filler panel installed at the top of the bookcase. My key requirement is to ensure the bottom edge of the cornice maintains a symmetrical gap (or close to it) with the bookcase filler panel, even though the ceiling and floor are uneven. The bookcase spans approx 5.7meters, and the cornice will run along its full length and should join the existing cornices to make internal corners. As the ceiling and floor are uneven, so some trimming or filling may be necessary to achieve a neat, level appearance. Please include the cost of materials in your quote as none will be provided.

Just looking for someone to finish sanding off, some very minor repair work where needed and installing a few pieces of cornice (materials supplied). Plus stopping & sanding of small portico area (1.5x2m). About a days work.

I need your help to remove flaky /old paint from these cornices and ceiling wall in my bathroom. They are quite stubborn and I have tried to remove them myself using Polystrippa Paint Stripper however only some comes off. The area is about 3m2. You need to be experienced / semi profressional painter/ paint stripper as the details on these cornices are quite intricate and require a lot of patience and experience. Some equipment like a metal brush /scrapper provided. However you would need to bring your own paint stripper and other safety equipment. There is some mould in the ceilings so it is important that you wear and bring a mask when removing the paint so you don't breathe in the fumes.

Easy work - ideally handyman or someone good on the tools We are getting rid of an old skylight and replastering the ceiling. Im hoping to find someone who can pull the ENTIRE ceiling (and cornice) down in a bathroom (Approx 3m long by 1800 wide) so that we can hang new sheets. Very easy work, cut the plaster, cut the cornice, try and be as neat as possible, but pull the sheets down. Done!
