I have a small terrace in the Surry Hills that is in need of renovation. Looking for a qualified drafter who is familiar with council and heritage conservation to draft some plans for DA submission.

I am looking to renovate the existing garage we have into a small granny flat, I need to provide plans (site and elevation plans) showing the proposed works for a Development Application.  I need to show where the roofwater and stormwater will drain to (existing).  Also show where the required 2 car parking spaces (2.5m x 5.2m) will be behind the building line. If this is something you can assist with to get council approval please let me know.

We would like to have some drawings done for a gable roof living room extension at the rear of our house. Plan is to do a CDC , select a builder and begin works in Feb. we will demolish the 2 skillion roofs at the rear (and everything inside), in order to go back to the original exterior wall of house (where roof tiles stop). Then make the new gable full width of house approx 8m , and approx 8m long (from roof tiles out to just past where the grass starts) The gable would join into the existing tiled roof. location is north balgowlah , sydney . 2093. Small edit / addition to the task (28/11): we also need drawings done to extend the front room out over the front deck. i.e. demolish the existing wall (the one with sliding door) and erect a new wall further out roughly in line with the green pot plants on deck . this makes the front left bedroom roughly 2.5m longer. There is currently a small skillion roof over this area. This will need to be removed and the main tiled roof extended over the same spot (to where pot plants are + roughly 300mm eve). To do this, likely need to create a new hip in tiled roof similar to the one on the other side of roof. Please see some new images added for context. Draw plans for a stud wall to be installed in a shop. Will need to attend to get measurements and advise on acceptable distances between walls as the wall is be constructed in a walkway. Hi There, we have a balcony on level 1 of our house and have decided to have a pergola to cover it. We need a draftsman to draw the pergola on plan as per Monash council requirements. I will then submit to council for approval. If there are any modifications required from Council, we need to revisit and modify the plans accordingly. Balcony size is roughly 5.9m x 2.8m.
