The metal screw that sticks out from the outlet was snapped off by moving furniture along the wall. I've tried to secure the cable in with tape but it disconnects randomly. Are you able to reconnect it so the connection is steady and it will look good enough for the landlord at the end of the lease? Looking for a quote too. Thanks for your help :) Felix

Electric outdoor blind has stopped working. The remote control and other electric blinds and the power point are all working so it is assumed that the motor has died and needs replacing. It is the left hand side narrow blind in the photo below. It is 90cm wide and 190cm long. We have 5 blinds in total which work off the one Becker Centronic remote with 5 channels i.e. 1 channel per blind so we want the blind to continue to work on its channel on the existing remote. The blind is on the second floor of a 2 storey home so you would need to bring a long ladder.

I have a 8kg heat pump dryer (see photo) which needs to be lifted above the current washing machine (see photo). I have an absorber mat also. The dryer needs to be fitted square with the washing machine, plugged into power (see photo) and the water outlet needs to be connected into the sink where there is a hole for it to go (see photo). All cardboard from dryer needs to be taken with you and disposed of. Dryer is located on the same floor as the laundry about 10 meters away. Located in Fitzroy North with easy free parking available out front of the house. Thanks

Need to replace two main bedroom switches with dimmers. Photo attached, both are the same. Also need to replace two power points and 2 light switches that are both broken

Replace two broken light switches, one of which is connected to a c-bus system. New replacement switched provided.

3 out of 4 square lights in stairwell no longer work (see photo for example). 1 downlight is flickering and needs to be fixed (see photo). Note the ceiling is 3m high.
