Install Red Smoke Alarm in hallway of home and ensure working properly. The alarm is battery operated.

When turning the power on to the hot water unit at the switchboard, it is tripping the power. The element on the unit does not appear to be burnt out.

3 x smoke alarms need batteries + replacing. Also have broken light switches that need fixing if there is time. They are switches with programmable dimmer and have cracks in the middle of the button so the button keeps falling off.

We have 2 x ceiling fans but the previous house owners lost the remotes. We have bought 2 new remotes but existing receivers need to be replaced with the new ones for them to work. Licensed sparkies only.

The metal screw that sticks out from the outlet was snapped off by moving furniture along the wall. I've tried to secure the cable in with tape but it disconnects randomly. Are you able to reconnect it so the connection is steady and it will look good enough for the landlord at the end of the lease? Looking for a quote too. Thanks for your help :) Felix

Electric outdoor blind has stopped working. The remote control and other electric blinds and the power point are all working so it is assumed that the motor has died and needs replacing. It is the left hand side narrow blind in the photo below. It is 90cm wide and 190cm long. We have 5 blinds in total which work off the one Becker Centronic remote with 5 channels i.e. 1 channel per blind so we want the blind to continue to work on its channel on the existing remote.
